'Pull Your Weight'


Big Brother challenges housemates to prove their strength and fitness in a battle of the sexes at Big Brothers Muscle Arena.

HOW IT WORKS


1. Milkshake Shaky Shake - Whilst on a vibrating plate, Bruce and Vicky are continually handed Maximuscle protein milkshakes until they can’t hold on to them anymore. How many can they balance before dropping them?

1. Punch Your Way Out Of A Paper Bag – How fast can Lauren and Mario punch their way out of a giant paper bag?

1. Gunge Dip – Dustin & Charlotte are challenged to take a press up pose from a Maximuscle tricep dip bar as long as possible, getting gunged if they let go.

The team that win the majority of challenges will be crowned champions.

Day 14: Who's the best – the girls or the boys?

The battle of the sexes was hotly fought in the garden during the Pull Your Weight task.

First up Bruce and Vicky battled it out with trays of protein milkshakes while attempting to balance on vibrating platforms. Vicky showed herself better at holding her drinks beat Bruce who dropped quite a few on the floor.

Next up Lauren and Mario attempted to fight their way out of a paper bag. Mario proved he had the brawn and made light work of the challenge. This wasn't Lauren's finest hour - she had to be helped out of her bag by Sophie.

This meant it was neck and neck with everything to play for.

The final challenge was a test of stamina as well a strength and there was gunge involed. Dusting and Charlotte assumed the press up position and competed to see who could hold it the longest.

Much to the chaps' surprise, it was Dustin who dropped first, earning himself a dunk in the gunge. Not to be outdone, a victorious Charlotte threw herself in afterwards.

That meant the girls were the winners and having proved themselves better than the boys they are not waiting for a tasty treat from Big Brother.
