I agree with Cruelledeville that I think Dawn would be great in the show and she is the one person who doesn't need to raise her profile, she is famous whether you like her or not. Dawn has done plays, comedy shows and wrote scripts, is known also in America. At least we can honestly say Dawn motives will be to try and raise money for charity. I admire her husband for all the money he has raised and the awareness of poverty around the world.

Well the guys here who don't like Dawn French must be in the minority, considering she has been able to get stars such as Jonny Depp to appear her shows and countless others.

Dawn French is fantastic, but i think a lot of people under the age of 16/17 wont have any respect for her. Ive grown up with her on the telly and if the 'younger generation' want to be spiteful and nasty, then they shouldnt wind us up. Rise above the crap and dont tread in it, things can get sticky if you do

I am 23 and I think she is boring, but everyone is entitled to thier OWN opinion. I don't dislike her as such, but I am filled with indiffernce.

Most of the public in the 1980's were voting Magaret Thatcher, does that mean they were right. I'd rather be with the minority then the majority, because in my opinion 75% of british public are sheep & are brain dead.

And i certainly didnt like margaret thatcher, and i dont like tony blair, in fact, i doslike the upperclass pratts that we call a government, they annoy me and they are so uneducated about the 'real world' that it makes me sick, wasting our well earned money on a crock of crap, houses for kids with babies and nice houses and money for assylum seekers??? I wont start, i havent got anything against assylum seekers (well not that id say out loud!)

I agree most of the above, but I do think that we should let MORE asylum seekers in to the country!!

never said anything about not letting them in, its the lifestyle they get, no way are they all genuine IMO. Thats enough on the subject.

Dawn French-Don't find her funny, but I respect her for how much she's made for charity...what you say about her doing this for heer own benefit, I think, is wrong...anyone famous can make one off Charity appearances, but she's there every year, with Lenny Hendry (Who is also a crap comedian) her husband who also works for charity.

Its lenny henry my dear, and yes, i agree, they are always heping at childline and many others. and i find him good, but then thats my sense of humour, i have a good one!!

Its unfair of people to be nasty about her though, she hasnt got to where she is now for being crap, i used to find french and saunders absolutely hilarious!!
