Paddy Doherty wins Celebrity Big Brother 2011!
For the last seven days, housemates Amy, Bobby, Darryn, Jedward, Kerry, Lucien, and Paddy have been celebrating their triumph at being Celebrity Big Brother finalists. Tonight in an exciting live final and after 21 days in the house, host Brian announced Paddy Doherty as winner of Celebrity Big Brother 2011.
On hearing his name, the Big Fat Gypsy Wedding personality hugged reality TV star and first runner-up Kerry Katona. He punched the air before shouting: “Wommmmannnnn!”, then lifted Kerry off the ground.
Since last Friday fans have been voting for their favourite housemate TO WIN the popular entertainment show. Tonight, viewers chose their winner who has been a firm favourite with viewers.
Later during his interview with Brian, Paddy said: “I thank all the people who voted for me. I swear I only thought I’d last one week, no way did I think I’d win, I had no game plan.”
Model Bobby Sabel was the first finalist to leave the Big Brother house, closely followed by ‘Mr Paparazzi’ Darryn Lyons. In fifth place, actor Lucien Laviscount. In forth place was Essex’s finest Amy Childs and in third place Brian announced that effervescent posters Jedward.
