Fighting at 9.30 tonight, if he wins then I believe he's guaranteed an Olympic medal :)

Won comfortably. Guaranteed at least bronze, most successful BB housemate ever :puppy:

With the possible exception of Anthony Hutton's dance workout DVDs

You forgot Jedward's mesmering success at Eurovision ${

But yes, well done to Anthony.

I did love that Celebrity Hijack little series - the housemates, although all chosen because they had particular talents, seemed normal - in comparison to the eejits who kept turning up on the main BB. (with some noteable exceptions, of course..)

Anthony Ogogo gets bronze postbox in Lowestoft

------------- Image

A mystery fan of Olympic boxer Anthony Ogogo has painted a postbox bronze in the pugilist's home town of Lowestoft.

Ogogo, 23, won bronze in the middleweight category last week.

Royal Mail has been honouring British gold medallists by painting postboxes gold in their home towns - but is not doing the same for bronze medallists.

Nick Webb, mayor of the Suffolk town, said: "I know absolutely nothing about who's behind painting the postbox, but whoever it is - congratulations."

He added: "It's nothing less than the boy deserves."

The company said the postbox, on Rectory Road, would be repainted red.

Special celebrations lined up in Lowestoft to honour Anthony Ogogo’s Olympic bronze medal success

People in Lowestoft are being urged to turn out in force and fly the Union flag next week to honour the achievements of the town’s very own Olympic hero – boxer Anthony Ogogo

Next Tuesday will see the first of two planned celebrations to mark the historic achievements of Lowestoft’s Anthony Ogogo, who beat some of the world’s best amateur boxers on his way to winning a bronze medal in the middleweight division.

A special event is being organised between 5pm and 7pm next Tuesday in Lowestoft town centre to hail the 23-year-old’s achievements.

And it is hoped that thousands of people will descend on Lowestoft town centre for the celebratory event.

The Triple A boxing club member will also be more formally honoured at the next full council meeting of Waveney District Council at Lowestoft Town Hall on September 26.
