She worked incredibly hard to lose her excess weight before marrying toyboy Lincoln Townley last year.

And Denise Welch is so determined not to pile the pounds back on that she is doing everything within her power to maintain her slim new look.

So much so that the 55-year-old even took part in some poolside yoga during a recent holiday to Tenerife, to ensure that her holiday didn't turn into a calorie-filled break.
