There's a free download available - THE EYE

It installs on your desktop and brings you CBB news alerts, can give you daily CBB wallpaper (optional) reminders of CBB programmes coming on etc.

They say about 5 mins download at 56K, if you're on broadband it's under 30 seconds.

Go get it folks !

Needless to say, no link to this from the C4 site yet - if you go in via the 'official' front end that is, follow my links and you'll be OK ()^

Despite posting info about The Eye, I've got to say what a load of old crap it is !

News updates pop up and are often from the day before, not the latest by any means! Think I'm going to turn it off...

Could be handy for anyone having to work, yet wants to hear about things that happened a couple of hours before they pop up via The Eye.

Typical of the 'organisation' behind the 'live' updates tho'
