Goldie says he would have probably gone mad in the Celebrity Big Brother house if it hadn't been for Les Dennis.

Last night Goldie became the first person to be evicted from the house.

Speaking to Big Brother's Little Brother, he paid tribute to Les Dennis who was also up for eviction last night.

He says the pair "bonded" during their time in the house.

Goldie said: "I'm very opinionated on people because I have had to live my life being so, but Les was somebody to bounce off and if it wasn't for Les I probably would have gone mad.

"I think Les has changed his perception a little too so it works for both of us."

He hopes Les wins because "it would do a hell of a lot of good for him".

When asked about his experiences in the house by presenter Dermot O'Leary, he also made the enigmatic comment: "My theory is that you go into a sweetshop and you eat too much sweets you become sick."

O'Leary replied: "Goldie you are Eric Cantona! (You) morphed into one there!"
