Nobody was evicted. It was an assault course task. I've just found this, which was on Ananova yesterday:- Quote: Melinda overcomes illness to direct assault course preparations
Melinda has overcome her illness to direct the housemates' preparations for the assault course task. She didn't take part in the practise because she complained of feeling unwell, but she later put on her protective clothing to complete the course. She told the housemates they should learn from their experiences of tackling the course. The former Page Three model said: "Mostly there's just a technique that we can all do to make it easier." She said they should try and find the best way of crossing the rope across the hot tub. Les said they shouldn't become too competitive and tire themselves out before the challenge. There's a twist to the challenge - the two winners with the fastest times around the course are allowed to send a message home. The two losers will have something played to the house that they have said about a fellow housemate. Note what it says about the twist to the challenge - this didn't happen, so either somebody got it wrong or C4 changed their minds. Two people were allowed a message from home, but they could choose who received them and they chose Sue and Melinda. The last bit about the 2 losers didn't happen. Imagine what that would have been like for them! |

Another article on Ananova about this:- Quote: The Celebrity Big Brother housemates have completed their assault course in 5 minutes 56 seconds.
Their reward was a video message from home for two of them, and Melinda and Sue were chosen. Melinda's was from her husband Wayne, who was holding one of her children. He reminded her that it was their fourth wedding anniversary. Sue's came from her comedy partner Mel, who said she'd never been so stressed. The assault course involved crawling across netting strung across the pool, climbing a ladder, a fireman's pole and a rope slide. Mark was last off and immediately after finishing said: "anybody for a cup of tea?" In the studio, Davina called Mark "monkey man" after he completed the course faster than anyone else. |
