Ray Davies, is recovering after being shot in New Orleans.
A police spokesman said Davies and a female companion were walking near the French Quarter at about 8:30 p.m. ET Sunday when two suspects approached them and grabbed the woman's purse.
Davies, 59, ran after the suspects, and was shot in the leg

I'm glad he seems to be on the mend, great singer/songwriter.

Come dancing by the kinks is one of my favourite all time tunes ()^
