I hate Day Time tele. when we're off school in the summer holidays for most of the summer there is nothing on as we've got different hols from the english ones. and most years it rains for like the whole entire summer

well that's maybe actually a bit of an exaggeration ::lol:: but it's never usually warm enough to wear a t-shirt and shorts.

I work from home a couple of days a week but I can't watch telly when I'm working because it would be too distracting.

At the moment I have been laid up with some bug for the last week and done little but lie in bed - can't watch daytime telly can't stand it so watch videos and dvs - to date have seen too many episodes of Friends to count, the first series of The Office, 23 episodes of The West Wing - just come downstairs for a cup of tea, to check the e-mails and to find some more videos! Ah the complete Pride and Prejudice that'll do.....

Is distracting another word for load of old s**t??

Hope you feel better soon Sunny, though you're out above my house today!

I posted a thread about 24 hour quiz the other week Yorkie... Im still waiting for someone to explain what it is to me! LOL

My mum's 90 year old Aunt watches it so I'm guessing it cant be that taxing on the brain!

Yes and no ::lol:: ::lol:: ::lol::

"Yes" because it is. But "no" as I should have said can't watch video/dvd instead of tv!! (if that makes sense). What I type at home is very complex and you can't do it at the same time as anything else!

Thanks for your kind thoughts - Feeling a bit "brighter" - antibiotics kicking in :) :)
