Has anybody else got the new album? I acquired it today, have to say it's their best in years. Was sceptical at first after hearing the single, i naturally thought that would be the best song on the album, but far from it! ()^

That's the same band, most people call them the Manics but their full name is Manic Street Preachers. ()^

I still think one of my favourite songs of theirs is Motorcycle Emptiness. {@}

oh great song Suzanne one of my fave songs ever, listening to it live, even without Richie is great, La Triesta is fab as well!

I did see them live but it was after the glory years, catatonia were meant to be the support act, but Cerys didn't turn up :-?

Nickys energys incredible though, JDB is a good if not great frontman :D

Yes JDB is a fantastic frontman. I still feel they miss Richie but life goes on as they say.

yeah james is good, but watching live i just feel its his stature that lets him down really, not his fault, but hes the lead guitarist as well as singer so it doesn't give him much room for animation! He can't just bounce about like some :D
