Musical thriller staring David Morrissey who plays the part of Riply Holden an amusement arcade owner, has dreams of turning Blackpool into a mini Las Vegas.
His ruthlessly ambitous character who throws money around to get what he want's...... the local council, enterprise board and police chief are all in his pocket. Georgia Taylor, formly Toyah in Coronation Street plays his daughter Shyanne.
