Girls AloudWe may have another three months to wait until the new series of Celebrity Big Brother - but even when the infamous Elstree house isn’t on our TV screens, some of our favourite stars will do anything to get in there.
Yes, desperate to follow in the hallowed footsteps of such illustrious A-listers as Kenzie, Kinga and Jon Tickle, Girls Aloud have confessed to breaking into the BB house after filming their latest video at the adjoining studios. “The girls are huge BB fans and watch it every year,” an insider told the Daily Mirror. “After such an intense day filming, they wanted to have a break and see the inside of the famous house.”
But things didn’t quite go to plan – as the hapless fivesome only succeeded in setting off the alarm, at which point security came rushing over. Remember, this is the same crack team of guards who managed to catch miserable Sandy when he made a break for it in BB3 - and showcased their peacekeeping skills by standing in the corner of the room looking menacing during BB5’s Fight Night. Quite frankly, the girls didn’t stand a chance.
But, hey, all’s well that ends well. “Once they realised it was only the girls, everything was fine and the band had a laugh about it,” the insider continued. But will any of them be back in the house for real when the new celebrity series kicks off in January? Watch this space!
