THIS is the side of Wife Swap prude Wilma Tofts viewers didn't see - flashing her boobs at a Big Brother audition.
Millions of viewers saw straight-laced Wilma lecture her Essex counterparts on their boozy lifestyle during Monday night's show.
And the holier-than-thou Scot claimed to be the perfect housewife and stay-at-home mother.
But the Record can reveal ironing-mad Wilma, 43, whipped off her top in a desperate bid to get on Big Brother.
Wilma, of East Calder, West Lothian, admitted: "I was photographed lifting my top up and it got me in a lot of trouble."
But she claimed she was accurately portrayed on Wife Swap, saying: "My family are my life and I am proud of my behaviour on Wife Swap."
Part-time IT worker Wilma and penny-pinching husband Mark, 36, swapped with Essex party animals Trevor and Sharon Keddle.
Viewers were told the Tofts rarely socialised and spent their weekends on family bike rides or accompanying son Ryan to Beaver Cubs where they are volunteers.
Wilma said her life revolved around eight-year-old son Ryan.
She believed the Keddles, who partied from Friday to Sunday, were neglecting their nine-yearold daughter Lauren.
The closet exhibitionist even stayed in her room when Trevor's friends arrived to meet her.
Wilma burst into tears several times, once because she believed Lauren was being robbed of her childhood when the youngster made her breakfast in bed.
She soon laid down strict rules including no parties and no alcohol.
And she quit the Channel 4 show four days early because Trevor, 47, went for a pint after she banned him from the boozer.
Weeks before filming Wilma queued with a lap dancer and a porn star to audition for Big Brother.
She exposed herself and squealed: "I just want to go on the show. I'm crazy enough!"
She got through two days of trials in Edinburgh in February before quitting because retail manager Mark, who gives her £4 pocket money a day, was unhappy about her appearing on the show.
Wilma said yesterday: "I was a huge Big Brother fan, but I don't know how I would have survived in the house.
"The show used to be really funny but now it"s just sleazy."
She added: "The photographs of me lifting my top up were taken while I was queuing with friends.
"It caused a lot of trouble because my family were unhappy about it.
"My husband will be really embarrassed by the photos."
The hour-long Wife Swap programme ended with furious Sharon pouring water over Wilma for ranting about how they were raising Lauren.
Wilma said: "I stand by my view that they did socialise too much and drink too much and didn't do enough for Lauren"I was shocked by their behaviour, what was screened on TV was just the tip of the iceberg. We were worlds apart.
"The show was such hard work and in years to come I might write a book about the whole thing."
Neighbours of Wilma and Mark were last night stunned that the normally reserved housewife had flashed her breasts in public.
Ian Jackson, 69, said: "That's not Wilma. She's not an exhibitionist.
"It's so out of character and must have been a moment of madness.
"Wilma is not into parties like the Keddles - where people flash their underwear.
"A party for Wilma would be a bottle of wine around the dinner table."
Sharon and Mark also rowed on the show when he told her she wasn't allowed a drink.
He left her £4 for a night out at the local pub while he was away on business and encouraged Ryan to bin her wine stash.
