A celebrity version of the deliciously arch food show kicks off the new run, with Rodney Marsh, Linda Lusardi, Lesley Joseph, Abi Titmuss and Paul Ross vying to out-cook each other and win £1,000 for charity. But hang on a minute - didn't Abi Titmuss take part in Hell's Kitchen . . . and didn't Gordon Ramsay say she "could be quite a talented cook"? That's a bit of an unfair advantage, especially as the first host, the outspoken Mr Marsh, maintains he's never cooked a meal in his life. But he's Michelin-star quality compared with Lesley Joseph's disastrous results.

Come Dine With Me Celebrity Special

The new series of Channel 4's Come Dine With me, launches on Sunday, September 20 with a special celebrity episode.

EastEnders star Laila Morse, aka Big Mo, joins in a culinary clash with comedian Bobby Davro, boy-bander-turned-DJ Dane Bowers, and international glamour-puss Dani Behr.

During four nights of celebrity shindigs, there are some scantily clad hula girls, shocking nipple licking, celebrity chat on flatulence, an appearance from Elvis, and a trip for one celeb to A & E, before the best host walks away with a £1000 prize for the charity of their choice.
