MOBO Awards 2009
BBC3, Wednesday 30 September 9:00pm - 11:00pm For the first time since its launch in 1996, the awards show that recognises urban music is leaving London. Live from the SECC in Glasgow, Reggie Yates hosts what promises to be a stellar evening, with confirmed turns including JLS, Tinchy Stryder, Sugababes' Amelle Berrabah and Jermaine Jackson. Reflecting their domination of the UK singles chart, the most nominated artists are Tinchy Stryder, Dizzee Rascal, N-Dubz and Chipmunk, but Alesha Dixon, Eminem and Beyonce are also up for awards. A highlight will be a tribute to Michael Jackson.
