Hi there folks. i just been offter a minder dvd and never seen it before. I juyst want to know your throughts on the tv programme minder good, bad, middle of the road programme? I heard there was a remake with that guy off eastenders but never seen it? What is the storysline to it and what was the remake like?

Well Minder is going back many many years and I can remember that I used to love it. However, it is hard for me to remember much about it. Bearing in mind that it was many years ago, I don't know how it would compare with today's programmes.

I can remember that I used to like Dennis Waterman who was in it It was funny and I liked the music to it.

I don't know anything about a remake though.

Hi thanks for that. The remake was on last year with that guy from eastenders cant remmber his name. WHat was the main storyslines for minder ans what was the programme about?]

As I say, my memory is not that good, so forgive me if I get it wrong. I don't think it was a continuing story as such - just a different humorous storyline each episode. Arthur Daley was a dodgy dealer who would talk himself into trouble and then expect his minder (ladies man Terry) to sort it out for him. Terry had been in prison twice before he got the job with Arthur and didn't want to go back down that route. It was just about the different situations that Arthur got himself into and what Terry had to do to get him out of them. I found it funny but I suppose it wouldn't appeal to everyone's humour.
