Let's Dance For Comic Relief
The BBC today announced the return of dance extravaganza Let’s Dance for Sport Relief to BBC One.
Hosted once again by Steve Jones and Alex Jones, the 5x80-minute series will follow 20 celebrity acts from the worlds of TV, comedy and sport as they perform in the hope of winning votes and being crowned champion of the dance floor.
The series will run over five consecutive Saturday nights, comprising four heats and culminating in a final dance-off ahead of 2012’s Sport Relief night.
Alex Jones said: “I am so excited to be back on such a great show with the fabulous Steve Jones. After my time on Strictly I am only sorry that it won't be me dancing the night away!”
Steve Jones said: “The BBC, Let’s Dance, and Alex Jones... three of my favourite things. I couldn't ask for a better show to come home to... I can’t wait!”
