The Government believes that apprenticeships offer a way forward for unemployed young people - but as Panorama reveals, not all have proved a success, with stories of poor quality training, disappointed young people and training companies allegedly making a killing out of public funds. Shelley Jofre investigates, and also hears claims of forged and doctored paperwork and of apprentices who are entering the world of work without proper training, work experience or qualifications.
