It's like that, Jezi, yes - but is a three-door hatchback, not a five door.

it means that when you open the boot, you can get right into the car, rather than a boot that only opens into itself - think that is called a 'saloon' but I'm sure I'll be corrected if I'm wrong
getting it on Thursday - yippee

also getting a piano tonight, only second hand, but hurrah nonetheless :)

ok- think of the back window of a car......in most cars, the boot is attached to it when you open it - that's a hatchback

if the boot opens into itself without being attached to the back window - that's a saloon ()^

*I think :-? *

I've got a 14-disc changer in my car - unfortunately it's also permanantly attached to my body but does double-up as a gear changer ;) . Sorry Fel, I was just wondering how you'd fit the piano in ;).

I was followed by a Subaru Impreza on my way home today.
He had everything: headlamps, spoilers, flames and stars down the side and even the word 'SUBARU' emblazoned across the front. Unfortunately for him, in my rear-view mirror, it read 'UR A BUS'. That made me chuckle ::lol::

Just a reminder about the poll to find the greatest driving song ever. Pick one from the following shortlist:
1) Radar Love: Golden Earring
2) Steppenwolf: Born to be Wild
3) Queen: Don't Stop Me Now
4) Deep Purple: Highway Star
5) Meat Loaf: Bat out of Hell

Personally, out of that list, I'd go for Steppenwolf. Although not quite the same when driving along the A41 out of Wolverhampton...
