The little girl's name was Terri.
I was in floods whilst I was watching her. For a girl of 7 years old, that has a life as traumatic as she does, to appear so cheerful and positive, is just amazing. What a special little girl.
Scott is an amazing young man as well.

One moment from the awards that I will always remember, is Sarah Payne's mother standing there, and giving a really moving little speech.
Me and my Mum are terrible watching things like this..... we cry throughout them!

You must admit though that for some of the youngsters it's a great thrill to meet their heroes etc.

she was so brave, I remember just about crying (I very rarely cry at anything like that for some reason) watching the documentary when she was so scared about having to get the mask on to have an operation. she was soooo little and had been through so much.
