If you are interested in world affiars: There is a programme called Unreported World on Channel 4 at 9pm tonight you might be like to watch.
This is a new series of hard hitting documentaries starting this week with an hour long specail.
Sandra Jordan, discovers the plight of the Kasmiri people, who find themselves trapped between Indian security forces and Pakistani militants.

Human rights groups say that 8,000 people taken by security forces have vanished in Kashmir in 15 years.
Sandra Jordan discovers, death, dirty tricks, torture and lives in tatters.

I missed that and it sounded so interesting.

Hope it gets repeated.

I watched the programme, and feel very upset at the treatment and conditions the people have to live under. They are in the middle of a power struggle and their lives are in the hands of corrupt police, government officails and Pakistani militants.
I dont know if the programme is repeated.
