Hello Again HD :)

Kill Bill 2 is my favourite of the year so far. Seen Van Helsing last night which is quite enjoyable if you liked The Mummy. A bit scary in parts for little kids though.

A Film which I recommend if you havent seen it is:

The Fog of War - This is an excellent documentary which really opens your eyes to what the US government were actually doing during the 40's up until the middle 70's. The main thing that overshadows most documentaries with this one is that the former Secretary General tells you what they really did in Vietnam and during the horrific bombing of Japan at the end of WW2. They even allow you to listen to phonecalls from the President to the Secretary General, asking him to fabricate evidence to show the public that the troops are needed in Vietnam.

Many more films which I have seen, which I will get around to reviewing if youre interested. Many haven't really had a release in UK Cinemas and some have just slipped past without anyone noticing.

The worrying thing at the moment is the word on TROY, a lot of feedback for the film has been negative. The amount of money spent on the project means we could have another Pearl Harbour on our hands. I hope they're wrong.

Thanks MC :D
It would be great if you posted reviews when you see a new film in the film threads :D
I always enjoy reading them.
I saw the trailer for Troy when I went to see Kill Bill 2. It looked like it should be good. I hope they're wrong too.
I enjoyed The Mummy which surprised me because I wasn't really that interested in it but my sister had it on dvd so I'm looking forward to Van Helsing....will probably wait for the DVD though as I don't get to the cinema that much and I if I do in the near future I just have to see Shaun of the Dead. It was top of my list to see as I'm a big fan of SPACED, but then Kill Bill 2 came out and well....if you've seen volume 1 then you have to see volume 2 before someone tells you what happens!

Mutter Chops has always been our resident film buff! If he says a film's good its usually worth seeing, Ive bought several DVD's after reading his reviews!

I cant wait to see Van Helsing (if only cos Hugh Jackman's in it and it annoys the hell out of my boyfriend), The Day After Tomorrow (not friday)and of course Kill Bill 2 I'd like to thank Heidi for not giving the story line away to me although my other half wont take me to the cinema to see it cos Im still getting over my obsession with Samuri swords from seeing the first one on DVD :D I think he's fed up with me jumping off the sofa with a pretend sword and swiping at him

Thanks for the interest, I will see what I can review for you. Be critical if you disagree though with my reviews.
