If you are looking for something for fathers day, if your dad is like mine over 50 years of age and was brought up on cowboy movies then you can't do wrong with buying him the DVD Open Range with Kevin Costner.

My father loves Westerns and he liked it too. I hate westerns myself but thats because if one came on the TV as a kid, being as I had no 2nd TV I would have to go out and play or watch it.

I didnt see it because of this Pangea, but he gave it thumbs up as well as my mother. So it would have been a damn fine gift for him.

I completely forgot about Father's day until Suzanne reminded me, I hate buying presents for men and my Dad being one of them!

What is it about Dads and Westerns????? I am not a fan of Western's like you Mutter_Chops I had to either watch them or go out to play.

Do you remember years ago they used to have one on nearly every Saturday afternoon.
