Anyone been watching this? I watched the first two parts last week, tis called 'Mind, Body and Kick Ass Moves', at first I thought it would be shite, but then I saw a man pulling a truck (with people on it) with his ***** alone... and also he picked up some weights with his **** that the presenter couldn't even pick up the normal way!

Its informative too, no bullshit, they explain what are just magic tricks and that kung fu shouldn't look good for it to be kung fu, was rather good.

Like it, loathe it? Anyone? Yoohoo!

p.s. The next two parts are at 9pm on BBC3 tonight (today being Monday).
