Is it just me, or do others find they know the words to the most random songs? It happens to me all the time. And it is so embarrassing. :oops:

EG, I was watching film4 just now and a background song came on. I started singing along with great gusto. It went 'they're gonna put me in movies, they're gonna make a big star out of me'

When the song finished, I became aware of those around me and the expressions on their faces!!!

I do not know why I knew the song word for word, but I did.

Can anyone explain?

No, it's not just you, Caramac, I also have a very good memory for lyrics! And it could be any song, without any special reason!! :D But I don't think it's embarrassing, I like it!
