A new series of troubleshooting for Gerry Robinson, tonight we see him tackle the problems at County Linen.
County Linen is an Essex-based industrail Laundry that has in the last 4 years gone from a Million profit a year to 700.00 pounds loss.

Tonight Gerry has his work cut out for him. Mr Hussein and his 2 sons-in-law are running their business into the ground. The only hope for the company is for Mr Hussein's more capable daughter's to take over the running of the business.................but for this to hapen the men have to be persuaded to overthrow their deep-rooted beliefs and pull down the cultural barriers, or see their business go bust.

Another business that needs a woman touch. Tonight we meet Sir John Starkey and his family. Norwood Park Estate has been the seat of the Starkey family for 120 years and is overseen currently by Sir John, he is not doing a very good job......the golf and weeding business is under-performing, the big question for Gerry, who is the best family member to take over?

Tonight Gerry meets Tony, Ozzie and Ricci Rizzo, 3 Italian born brothers who run a chain of very succesful hairdressing salons.

Their internal bickering and sibling rivalry is preventing them from expanding.
