Has anyone else been watching this? 14 aspiring entrepreneurs battling against eachother for the chance to take on a £100,000/year job alongside Alan Sugar, the anything but sweet-talking CEO of Amstrad (you know, the company that used to make those cr*ppy computers - if he can sell those he must be good

).
Each week the contestants, in two teams of boys and girls, are set tasks and one person from the losing team is fired. A bit like Big Brother, but without the token camp person.
In the first week the teams were given 500 quid and asked to buy and sell flowers. The team who made the greatest profit won. It was interesting to see the lads all focused and following a simple strategy. The girls on the other hand started disagreeing with one another and took desperate measures to sell, even at a loss. Needless to say the lads won and one girl was fired.
The Apprentice can be seen on Wednesdays at 9pm, BBC2 (repeated BBC3 late on Saturday night)
