NOT being a regular reader of FHM, Nuts or any other lads' mag, come to think of it, I didn't expect to come away from this documentary actually liking Abi Titmuss. But there's a refreshing honesty about her as she hops between glamour photo shoots, looking like a top-shelf Bridget Jones.
"I saw you on the front of Maxim in the Co-op," says her mum, approvingly. "Looking a bit cheeky!"
Less than two years ago, her ex-boyfriend John Leslie clung to Abi's hand as he made his tearful speech outside court after being exonerated of rape charges. Now, Abi's not only more famous than Leslie, but she's also eclipsed Ulrika Jonsson, who started the whole sordid ball rolling.
As Abi's world exploded in a torrent of sensational headlines and sex video-tapes, her agent's advice was: Take the money and run. (In those shoes? He must be joking.)
Still, earning £20,000 for a cover shoot and £3,000 an hour for a personal appearance is not bad for a former nurse who used to take home £12,000 a year.
"Where did it all go wrong?" laughs Abi. "One magazine voted me Most Pointless Celebrity and I'd agree with that!"
Last year, she didn't feel famous enough for Hell's Kitchen - now she's the biggest name in Celebrity Love Island. But there are only so many reality TV shows...
