This is a historic week in radio. Every day marks the last Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday of Terry Wogan's reign as king of the morning. He'll be back on Radio 2 next year, starting on St Valentine's Day, hosting a new live show from the BBC Radio Theatre, with an audience and guests and music. But the unique construct which is his breakfast show, for decades the highest rated on British radio, will be no more. His departure is not going unnoticed.
