The battle for control of American chemist Albert C Barnes's collection of modern, impressionist and post-impressionist art, which has an estimated value of more than $25billion. In 1922, he created the Barnes Foundation, an educational institution in the Philadelphia suburbs based around the artworks - but the process of moving them to a new museum in the centre of the city has been preceded by a bitter legal dispute.
