Documentary examining the legal system developed by the Israelis in the Occupied Territories, where justice is dispensed through military courts. Ra'anan Alexandrowicz's film explores the challenges of administering this justice system as seen through the eyes of those responsible for doing so, and asks whether Palestinians receive the same level of justice that they would if they were Israeli citizens.
