Managing director Ed Burstell was brought in to revive Liberty's fortunes and his vision is to make it the city's premier shopping destination. Part of his rejuvenation is the Open Design Call, a Dragons' Den-style pitching contest where hundreds of hopefuls compete to have their products chosen by a panel of discerning buyers. Meanwhile, there's a visit from Pharrell Williams, who has launched an exclusive fragrance with Liberty.
