Mrs S..would give Margarete Thatcher a run for her money. She did seem to be a nicer person the Thatcher tho.
Dave and his partner Barney fought her all the way, but have now decided to use some of her ideas.

It was really good Jezi/realityfan. Mrs S, was a scream. She was all for the staff getting uniforms, promotion, and for them to have pride in their company on the understanding they would work hard for her company. Her method was working, but none of her staff looked happy.
Whereas, Dave and Barney's staff were just expected to work hard with no fringe benefits, their method worked, but none of their staff loooked happy either.
