Sophie says she is considering moving to France with former housemate Lee.
She admitted to Adele that she liked him "big time".
The recruitment consultant says Lee is the first person she wants to see when she leaves the house.
But unbeknown to Sophie, Lee is still together with girlfriend Carmen, and claims he and Sophie were "just good friends".
Sophie told Adele: "I really genuinely like him - big time. When I came in here I didn't want to meet anyone and it just happened.
"I told him if he wasn't single when I came out, I didn't want him to come and see me. But I said, 'if you are, I want you to be with Davina when I come out'."
Adele told her: "Move to France so we can come and visit."
Sophie said: "I need to get with the man first. I did say to him, if I was in love with someone, I would move anywhere for them."
