Basically Teen Big Brother lasted 10 days and will be broadcast over 5 nights. Dermot is the host, the 8 contestants all share one bedroom. They are all 18 years old.

The HMS nominate 2 people for eviction on the third and fourth episodes. A nominee is then evicted in both these episodes after a group discussion. The final winner is chosen on the last episode by a further group discussion. The prize is a 'trip of lifetime'.

- No alcohol or cigarettes were allowed.

- All the HMs had to wear a yellow tracksuit 'uniform' and give up all of their personal possessions, in order to be able to challenge preconceptions of each other.
