Davina McCall says she had a hot flush when Spencer started flirting with her live on Channel 4.
She says he was her most difficult interview yet, following his eviction last Friday.
The Big Brother presenter, who is a former model booker, thinks Spencer has what it takes to become a model.
He is currently in talks with several modelling agencies.
"Spencer was my most difficult interview so far - handsome, but flipping difficult," Davina told Heat magazine.
"However I forgave him because I knew he was going to be like that, so I prepared lots of questions. He was quite flirtatious and I came over all unnecessary and had a hot flush. Me, a married woman with a child, for goodness sake.
"Spanky's very difficult to talk to, but that just adds to his charisma.
"He's monosyllabic, but what you see is what you get with Spencer, and he wasn't any different when were weren't on air."
