With Big Brother 5 due to invade our homes on May 28th, we thought we’d take a trip down to Elstree to see if we could see any of the goings on there. We got a bit more than we bargained for although not in the way we anticipated.
As we parked the car in the Tesco car park, a short distance from the Big Brother garden perimeter, we could see the house clad in chip board possibly put there to prevent prying eyes like ours. It was only as we approached the gates, just a tantalising few feet from the Big Brother garden that it hit us; not the sight before us but the terrible smell emanating from somewhere nearby.
We speculated as to its source; was it a ploy by producers to foil us in our cunning plan to get some gossip, any gossip? We discounted that. More likely it was the rumoured mud baths being install and if so we can but feel sorry for those willing victims.
With not much to see we walked to the Tesco’s that during Big Brother we believe supplies the weekly groceries to the housemates. It was just another supermarket, nothing out of the ordinary but if you want a very tasty, reasonably priced chicken korma I suggest you pop to your local store and sample their wares.
With our mission at an end we made our way home but although we had little success we have another plan to put into action. Maybe next time we will get a bit nearer our goal but hopefully we will be better equipped with clothes pegs!
