Alex got his break as a model at the London premiere of Batman and Robin.

The Essex model told Tim he gatecrashed the event 'dressed as a bat cave.'

He was then approached by a scout who asked if he was a model.

Alex gave the scout his phone number and then had a meeting with an agency the next day.

He boasted: "They were obviously expecting my call. They greeted me with 'Oh you must be Alex.'"

But Alex admitted the agency "got rid of 50 guys" including him, when the work dried up.
