TV presenter Davina McCall has ditched two stone to become a Yummy Mummy.

The Big Brother star looks toned and gorgeous thanks to healthy eating and exercise.

It's a far cry from the days following the birth of second daughter Tilly - now 14 months - when Davina piled on the pounds through "lots of puddings and gallons of cola".

Now she has launched a fitness DVD to prove anyone can get back in shape.

Davina, 37, said: "If someone had told me last year that I'd feel fit and confident enough to put my name to an exercise workout, I'd have laughed. But I've surprised myself with what I've achieved."

Married to fellow TV host Matthew Robertson, Davina is also mother of Holly, three.

She said: "I put on so much weight when I'm pregnant. After I had Tilly I put on even more - and when I began doing telly again it was hard to look at myself.

"It's difficult being in the public eye and changing shape. And I'm not someone who twangs back naturally. I have to exercise and eat sensibly."

Davina - Power of 3 will be out just after Christmas - nicely timed for the rest of us to work off that festive grub. Judging by these exclusive shots, it should do the trick.

DVD Description
This is my new Power of 3 DVD - it's all about sensible exercises that have given me loads more energy and a figure I feel proud of.
Together with the help of my personal trainers Jackie and Mark Wren, we have put together this work out to help you get fit at home. The concept is simple, just follow the 3 routines on the DVD which focus on the legs, abs and upper body, and include fat burning intervals to keep your heart rate up. Then be sure to exercise 3 times a week and eat 3 balanced meals a day.

My Power of 3 workout suits all ages and levels of fitness and shows both the simple and advanced version of each routine. It lasts an hour but you don't have to do the whole thing in one go, you can always just do one section if that's all you've got time for. Plus I selected my favourite music tracks to work out to. So enjoy it - working out can be more fun than you think!

::lol:: ::lol:: ::lol:: Two personal trainers? ::lol:: ::lol:: ::lol::

Can't celebrities do anything without trainers or stylists just themselves - ordinary people just have no choice. :roll:

But if the video makes people to exercise that's good! {@}
