With 57% of the public vote, Maxwell has become the 7th person to be evicted from the Big Brother house.
It was the most tense eviction of the series so far, with arch-enemies Maxwell and Science both touted as favourites to go on to win the series.
The news of his eviction was met with shock from the majority of the housemates, including Maxwell himself. He changed into his suit, and left the house 30 minutes later, playing up to the mixed reaction he got from the crowd.
During his interview with Davina, the 24 year old from Islington, London, was questioned on a number of controversial issues, including Scabgate, Loo-brushgate, and the supposéd racial divide within the house.
He told Davina that nothing had gone on under the duvet with Saskia, besides "a kiss and a cuddle", and that he had missed his "treacle" massively, when she was evicted last week.
His main regret about his experience was that he was sat where he was at that moment in time, having being evicted. He revealed he hadn't gone into the house to learn anything about himself, more to "teach people about me."
After being shown his best bits, Maxwell was reunited with Saskia on stage, sharing a much more innocent "kiss and a cuddle."
Back in the house, and the members of Science's debating team enjoyed a party, to celebrate him remaining in the house.
Despite losing his best mate, Craig revelled in the party, dancing along to Britney and Christina with Vanessa, Makosi, Eugene and Science, whilst Kemal, Anthony, Derek and Orlaith could only watch with jealously from the other side of the patio doors.
