Kate has had a confrontation with hygiene-obsessed Alex, after he told her off for juggling oranges in the Big Brother house.
She attempted to ask him why he has been ignoring her since they entered the house.
But he refused to discuss the topic, saying "You're not bothered are you?"
When she replied that she was, he said: "Oh don't give me that rubbish girl."
After Kate ran to the bedroom crying, Jade told Alex: "Why don't you tell her what your problem is instead of digging at her all the time."
Alex said: "What's my problem? You talked to me when we first got here and said you didn't like her."
Later, Kate told the girls: "I'd really like to know what I have done for him to be treating me like a 12-year-old all the time.
"I'm not being made to feel like a mug. I'm not in this house to be at school.
"I hate the feeling of tension. It is so horrible. It's so annoying not knowing what's eating him up."
Meanwhile Sophie has been giving Spencer a lesson in doing his laundry, by helping him boil his clothes on the stove.
Spencer said: "I'd hate to be a housewife."
He has asked Big Brother for a lawn mower so he can mow the lawn and do a "nice manly job".
