FOLLOWING in the footsteps of Shilpa Shetty and Jade Goody, teenagers have completed a Big Brother-style 24-hour lock-in at the Exmouth Youth Centre.

Sixteen young people, aged 13 to 19, volunteered to organise and take part in the event, which ran from 2pm on Monday for a whole day.

Thankfully, the atmosphere at the Imperial Road centre was sunnier than at the Channel 4 house, as the group got to know each other with a series of 'tasks' and games, plus a video diary room.
