Two of the poor housemates have been warned about breaking Big Brother rules.
First PJ was called to the diary room for discussing nominations.
Then Spencer got into trouble for writing a message with a piece of barbecue charcoal.
Jonny, PJ, Spencer and Kate were all involved in a conversation about nominations.
Spencer had said it would be funny if they nominate the new housemate Tim.
"Just be easier wouldn't it, because I don't know them," he said.
When PJ came back from the diary room, he told the others: "Basically I've got to tell you, Big Brother are getting p****d off. We're not allowed to talk about it full stop."
But Jonny said: "I've heard people talking about nominations and they never got called in."
After going to bed late, Spencer was worried about oversleeping and missing a sunny day.
He used charcoal to write a message on the paving to the rich side saying: "Please wake us at 12.00 if hot."
Spencer was told off in the diary room and PJ hosed the message off the ground.
