Kate has sprung to Sophie's defence after she was accused of being false.
Adele has also had a change of heart about Sophie.
Kate told Jonny she didn't like the way Tim and Jade had treated Sophie.
"I do feel sorry for Sophie," she said.
"They're not giving her a chance."
Kate said Tim and Jade's criticisms that Sophie was a "fake" made her think twice about her.
She added: "But I don't think those things about her. She came in and tried to get on with everyone."
Adele told Alex in a separate conversation: "She's lovely, the only thing that annoys me about her is I think she thinks that I think what Jade thinks.
"I told her today that I didn't want her to go, and I mean that.
"She does stupid little things like repeating herself all the time and talking rubbish, but that's harmless."
