Sophie says she's deliberately avoiding confrontations with other housemates.
But she has had a frank, clear-the-air chat with Jade.
Sophie is aware that Tim and Jade in particular have criticised her as a "fake."
Jade told her: "You try and impress everybody just a little bit too much.
"It seems to me that you will do anything to please people.
"To an outsider looking in, it looks like you're trying, trying, trying and you really don't need to."
Sophie admitted she tried too hard to please people but said that was part of her personality.
Earlier, Sophie had told Alex and Adele she was not going to a pick a fight with Tim and Jade.
"I hate to argue. I really don't want to argue. I'd rather bite my tongue and be nice," she said.
