As we enter the month of May, news and rumours about BB6 are starting to come in thick and fast.
Channel 4 have confirmed that the new series will begin on Friday May 27th, and will be hosted once again by Davina McCall. Dermot will return with BBLB, although it is as yet unclear as to whether it will return to it's 6pm slot, or retain the 11pm slot it was given during Celebrity BB.
Efourum with Russell Brand will return on E4, as will Diary Room Uncut and Nominations Uncut. Channel 4 have also revealed that the series will run for 11 weeks, meaning the final looks set to take place on Friday August 12th.
Good news for Freeview subscribers - as of May 27th, E4, and therefore live Big Brother streaming will be included in the Freeview package.
The new eye has also been revealed - consisting of what looks like two different eyes, one black in colour, and one blue. It has been given the name "Shattered", and has ignited a number of theories and rumours amongst Big Brother fans.
Recent rumours include that the house will be split in two, with two sets of housemates. Newspaper reports have suggested that the pamper room and hot tub have gone, and have been replaced with a larger lawn for housemates to sun themselves on.
Davina McCall is reported as saying that Big Brother will have more evil lined up for this years housemates, but it will also be about them having fun, and it has been suggested that a theme for the series will be "comedy."
Big Brother bosses are remaining tight lipped about further details for the moment, and camoflauged sheets are being used to protect the new look house from the prying eyes of the press.
