In The Observer today, Josh Rafter from Big Brother 2 gives a warning to anybody thinking of applying for Big Brother 3 and says they should be very wary of doing so.

He says that all the housemates have suffered an unpleasant rollercoaster of emotions since leaving the house and that reality TV shows "suck you up and spit you out. You realise afterwards that when you leave they just seem to wash their hands of you."

He goes on to say that the downfalls of the show are its intrusion into your life, the emotional pressure and the affect it has on your family and friends.
