Sunday 29th May
Kemal thinks the Tories could do with an image update and the very man for the job is none other then his fellow housemate, Derek.
Derek told Kemal he was worried about coming into the House in case people stopped taking his politics seriously. "But this House is watched by millions," he pointed out. "And politics is about human affairs,"
He hopes his time in the House will get people interested in politics, he told Kemal, "Everybody should be able to have a part of their youth and look on it as misspent,"
Makosi has told the housemates: "If I wash up the aprons everyone will get some alcohol tonight." The housemates were delighted with the news until Makosi told them she has refused to do it.
"Why not?" demanded Derek.
"I feel I'm being picked on. I'm not doing it,"
The Housemates begged her to win the booze for them."Take one for the team," said Anthony. "Go on, do it! Bite the bullet for the gang."
Anthony's words fell on deaf ears, Roberto said to him.
"We shouldn't be begging her. She should have enough common sense to realise she's talking b******s," he said.
Maxwell asked her, "Are you thinking, 'I'll probably do it, but I want loads of attention for a bit'?"
"I feel used. I had to try 200 keys to open my bag..." moaned Makosi.
The housemates were not happy with her feeble excuse, Derek told the housemates to "Leave her alone. The decision's hers,"
The housemates started to chant: "Do it! Do it!" Makosi gave in, "OK. I'll do it," Will the housemates remember this act of kindness from Makosi when they go into the dairy room to nominate for the first time Tuesday?
