Jonny has risked a second "strike" after taking a peak at Tim's new magazine.

He had a another sleepless night, pacing the floor and smoking as the other housemates were in bed.

Jonny couldn't resist reaching through the bars to leaf through Tim's copy of FHM.

The only current rich housemate spent £100 from his shopping budget on the out-of-date issue.

Jonny was not given a warning by Big Brother as he read the magazine, but he could be called to the diary room later today.

He already has one strike, after he sneaked through the bars to steal chocolate on day 29.

The new "three strikes and out" rule for Big Brother 3 means Jonny could be only one step away from being booted out of the house.
